Second generation of field proved industrial communication gateway

Serial to Ethernet TCP/IP industrial gateway, powered with powerfull ARM9 communication engine but with a very low power consumption.
Flexible Smart Logic architecture allows flexible interfacing to Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus, CAN, LONWorks Ethernet/IP and other common networks.

INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

Flexible mounting to speed up the installation Power, Communication and I/O LED indicators and reset/factory default switches.
Web based installer user interface provides a installation guide to the operator. Protocol configuration, variables mapping aer easily achieved with XML configuration files uplaoded into the CLGate gateway via web interface.

The CLGate/1/2 is an industrial gateway allowing connection of devices equipped with a standard RS232/RS485/RS422/CAN/LONWorks TP communication interface to the most common fieldbus systems allowing interface towards high speed communication network.

FLEXIBILITY & CONNECTIVITY
The CLGATE/1/2 is a modular and flexible industrial gateway that, with the same model, allows to interface several devices equipped with the most common field bus (RS232/RS485/RS422/CAN/LONWorks TP) providing two multistandard serial ports, one RS232 standard communication port, one CAN 2.0 optoisolated and LONWorks TP interface to different networks. Furthermore the same hardware can be configured in different application scenario only via XML configuration file.
A large number of communication interfaces are provided to satisfy all the most common demands. Two multistandard RS232/RS422/RS485 serial ports, one RS232, one CAN2.0 always available, can be combined with a complete range of optional modules providing connectivity to standard Ethernet network or to the most common fieldbus systems.

Thanks to the Flexible Smart Logic any custom protocols can be added easily and quickly at the existing architecture.
